I am against the move to change our personnel and pay system to NSPS. I work at Tinker Air Force Base. I have analyzed the changes to be implemented and found the new pay system will only grant a pay increase under judgement of supervisor. Workers will be in conflict with each other and will be afraid to speak out against harassment and viliation of the law. Worker's will not be given a fair appeal process to challenge the performanc and pay decisions.
