I am a DOD worker for 20 years,. I would like to know how my job, salary, work performance, my cost living increase, or my wage grade increases could affect the homeland security. What is to keep my supervisor from judging me on personality and not performance?. So what I see is an opportunity for favortism , back stabbing, deals being done to promote whoever they want. I oppose the implementation of NSPS and urge you to act to instruct the Secretary of Defense to halt any further development of NSPS.
