NSPS is the worst legislation that I have ever seen! I cannot believe that we are heading backwards into the days of total control by the Good Old Boys! The favoritism that is in the DoD now is bad enough but this will give them carte blanc to make it even worse. We have to fight for any raise that we get now, if this passes we will never get a raise. There will always be one reason or another for them not to increase our pay, or further our advancement with a promotion. Further more I as a mother and grandmother do not want to be deployed! I became a Civilian Government Employee to support our Free Nation not to become part of dictatorship in our government. Passing NSPS will definetly cut down on skilled workers in the government and put a lot of stress in our families. I am praying that our congressional delegation wake up and stop it before it is too late.
