It is incomprehensible to me that the comment period for change proposals of this scope and magnitude can be terminated prior to finalization and dissemination of all information pertinent to the issue. I can certainly understand the push for some of the proposed changes, however, as it is currently represented, it far too vague and dependant on "will do's" and assumed acceptability of same. This is definitely a "pig-in-a-poke", and the ultimate injustice to all federal employees. I certainly hope that the unions and their legal representatives will hold this up to scrutiny and the hard working and dedicated federal workforce doesn' t get railroaded into acceptance without major adjustments.
