It sure would be nice to know the specifics of the plan so we could know what to comment on. I have many questions that haven't been answered and that is part of the problem. We don't know how much we are going to get paid, if we would be getting more under the old system. Is the compensation equal or greater if we continue to work hard and do our jobs. What are we going to be called if not GS 1-15. I am proud of my "rank" and what will it be replaced with. Most of my questions are answered with "check the NSPS website, that is all the information we have". That was the answer from our Civilian Personnel Office. I don't blame them, but it would be nice to have all our questions answered. I look forward to the future and will continue to produce "Active-Duty" civilian work to enhance the mission and support my customers. "Everyone is my customer".
