Comments:
I am opposed to the proposal of NSPS new rules. My interpretation is that NSPS will reduce civil service pay for federal workers, civil servants will no longer have protection, seniority will no longer count in a RIF situation, allowing management to decide performance awards can become too subjective for fairness, and the right to change work hours and civilian deployments at will. I oppose the NSPS regulation to protect my pay!
