Comments:
I have attempted to ask appropriate contacts pertinent questions regarding the new system. In doing so, some of these require clarification in order to disucs and get to the answer, resolution of my concern. These official contacts, all very polite and nice, repeatedly inform me that they don't kn ow, because they ahven't received the answers themselves. Officials contend an open and serious discussion will take place regarding the impacts of the new system on personnel, however, they have no information. Appears to be the ususal drill "everyone saying the politically correct things, but management concern is once again very short on substance and sincerity." As much as I want to keep the faith with leadership to do the right thing, my impression and therefore my reality is some more of the same old condesending lip service. Why should I trust leadership to protect my concerns about my family's livelihood? I can honestly say this hasn't been their normal posture in past experiences.
