9901.409g Currently, and as I understand it, those organizations with Union representation and bargaining unit employees have the option of using the negotiated agreement OR the agency administrative appeals procedures....does this part eliminate the option? I agree that only one process is necessary and I suspect Unions would still have the right to represent covered employees via NSPS.
