It would have been nice to have all of the information about the new system, so that a person wouls really have an idea of what is going on. I guess the best way to deal with the workers is to keep them in the dark. Why should we like this "FLY BY THE SEAT OF YOUR PANTS PROPOSAL"? There just seems to be alot of deception with this new plan.
