Comments:
I don't like to lose my Veterans rights protections in a RIF as provided in the current civil service system. The Merit Systems Protection Board should be allowed to change decisions as they see fit. The Union should have bargaining rights on all important items which affect an employees working conditionsand safety on any job at work. Supervisors will play favorites for some employees for pay increases and performance awards.
