This system is very unfair to disabled veterans and those who gave there better part of there life in working for the federal government. This policy will hurt the disabled veterans who can do a good job, but because of the disability are not able to do a great job. Disables veterans put there life on the line for this country and they deserve more protection. Remember every one grows old and cannot perform the same as a twenty year olds who can run a two minute mile. The seasoned worker has experience and the wisdom to make things work. To throw the experienced and season person onto the street for someone that can runs a two minute mile and not understand why he did it, will be sending the fredual government into dysfunctional lap race. Instead of throwing out the current system, look at the current pay system and change that. By fixing the pay system we already have, instead of throwing the baby out with the bath water, will truly save the taxpayer millions of dollars and improved the government workplace. The government and congress need to look at the working pay system and improve that, then starting a new one at a tremendous cost to all tax payers.
