Page 7560, 2nd column, Performance Pay Pools: The sentence "The pay pool manager is ......in a given pay pool: Add the following sentences: The pay pool manager is not to be part of the pay pool to which he is managing. The pay pool manager will part of another pay pool, managed by another pay pool manager. Rationale: To protect the integrity of the process and any improper favoritism and for orderly and proper flow down of performance to its lowest levels of the organization, this clarification is absolutely necessary.
