Please continue to protest the New Personnel System. It violates all our previous rights and leaves way for croneoism. Unless you kiss ___ or brown nose management no raises, promotion or rewards. Every previous thing passed by congress giving us job security will be out the window and put us in the mercy of one lone supervisor, and some of them we wonder how they got there. Everything should be based on how well we perform and not like who is the supervisor pet or best friend. This is devastating to federal employees.
