Comments:
I have the following concerns with the new personnel system. There does not appear to be enough regulations in place. Pay and personnel decision will be very subjective, based on management discretion. This will erode teamwork concepts and pit employee against employee. I am worried that a woman sitting next to a man doing the very same job will no longer be guaranteed the same pay. I am worried that the ‘buddy system’ will flourish, with no safeguards or recourse. I am worried that a change of control in the political arena could threaten job security (or at least pay).
