Anyone reveiwing these NSPS System comments needs to read on page 37 post # OL-10503389. There you will hopefully begin to understand why none of this makes much sense to us, but they will still go through with this ill-concieved plan anyway. Its called the hidden agenda! And I am sure there is more to expose but that is going to take some time!
