Adverse Action -- Subpart G The mechanism for challenging a rating or action taken by management is not fair to the employee, but is biased in favor of management. Labeling requirements as “cumbersome and restrictive” is a cheap and disingenuous way of disposing of them. Say it like it is. People in high places want to be able to treat the civilian workforce like they treat the military, insinuating the authoritarian rule common within the military onto the civilian population.
