Comments:
Pay and Pay Administration - Subpart C “The final determination of the rating, number of shares, and payout distribution will be a function of the pay pool panel process, and will be approved by the pay pool manager.” Seriously now, how will this group that is currently unable to rate poor performers, and remove them from their positions ever be able to distribute numbers of shares?
