I don't believe that the NSPS should take money from COLA's to pay for performance bonuses. You can say that no one's pay has been reduced, but that's not true. Everyone not getting a bonus will get a pay decrease, because their pay remains the same while inflation creeps up every year. So in effect most people will see pay decreases!! I think the government is trying to pull one over the federal worker. Also, if NSPS is such a great system why is the Engineer's Union over at the FAA in Oklahoma City, OK is fighting its implementation over there? I heard the Union was established to just to fight its implementation. I want to know why they are fighting it, because it seems like there is something we don't know about the NSPS yet. Can you answer that for me?
