I have tried, three times, to submit comments. The first effort did not appear to work, at all. The second attempt, OL-10507137, submitted on 3/14/2005 at 9:04:32am, still does not appear. The third attempt, OL-10507614, submitted on 3/14/2005 at 1:12:04pm, also does not appear. So, this is I guess 4th attempt.
