I would like to express my concerns about the proposed NSPS Regulations. I believe these rules will be extremely unfair. For one, Managers/supervisors WILL be influenced by friends and suck ups. I already see this happening. It's only going to get worse. With pay for performance even the best workers who choose not to be best buds or an ___ kisser will get the shaft. This will increase employee conflicts and destroy teamwork. I believe deployment should be a choice. I did not enlist in the military. I am proud to serve my country in my current civilian position, however I have family obligations and responsibilities. If we are not assured of cost of living increases does this mean the economy will cease to increase as well? I think not. Everything, every year increases in cost. How is it fair not to increase our salaries to adjust?
