The anxiety and concern the DoD has unnecessarily and unconscionably caused is plain wrong. What are the perceived problems the Pentagon eludes to, but refuses to explain? The system states supervisors will be extensively trained. If the advance leadership representatives acting as point men for explaining this system are an example of this concept, someone better help us all. Not their fault. The Pentagon has once again missed the mark and sent warriors out unarmed! A fine example of management not having a clue what they really want, just want it all to happen! I believe Dodd needs to rethink how things will be affected when the rubber of the new system hits the actual people road. Loyalty? I think not. Like you've done with the military, your social experiment and ill perceived meddling is going to destroy a very loyal and dedicated civilian force. Regroup, figure out what your specific goals really are and then employ individual solutions to achieve those objectives. PLEASE. FIRST DO NO HARM!
