Comments:
The constitution was written to give people rights. Under NSPS we have no rights. Rules and regulations have been put in place to protect government employees against discrimination, unfair labor practices, equal pay and the like. To proceed with a system like NSPS will only undermine the hard work of those who fought for a system that one could place some faith in. No one person should have control over the livelyhood of all government people. Certainly not if those individuals aren't willing to be judged in the same manner and placed under the same system they want implemented.
