I believe there should be a grandfather clause for long time Federal Workers who did not sign up under this new system. This system can be very abusive to those ready to retire. It is also geared heavily towards nepotism. It also hurts whistle blowers who have honest complaints about abuse in the system. It sounds to me like big brother wants to do what ever they want, but only this time get away with it. Haven’t we seen enough payoffs and kickbacks that were discovered by honest workers? Deployment of civilians could be used to weed out those ready to retire and will collect benefits soon. This new system is totally corrupt and should be looked at more carefully by Human Resource/Labor Relation Lawyers.
