A NEW COMPREHENSIVE UNION BARGAINING AGREEMENT SHALL BE INTEGRATED AND IMPLEMENTED INTO THE NSPS SYSTEM AS THE CORNERSTONE OF EMPLOYEES RIGHTS, BENEFITS, AND PROTECTIONS. THE LABOR UNIONS AUTHORITY, PURPOSE, AND RESOLVE SHALL BE ENHANCED AND SECURED AS A VITAL COMPONENT OF THE NSPS. I AM REQUESTING THIS ISSUE BECOME A TOP PRIORITY AND ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY
