Thank you so much for NSPS. I think it's absolutely wonderful that after my wonderful that after my service time during Vietnam and all the years I put in the Civil Service that DoD is turning my world upside down. Just as I'm nearing the years when I could be earning my high three for retirement your changing the pay system so that I will take a big hit in locality pay and no longer receive annual cost of living increases. Can you also pass a law to reduce my cost of living? Thank you so much for putting my job in jeopardy, and lowering my family's standard of living Than you so much for taking away my right to due process. Thanks for grouping me, after 26 years, in a pay band with new employees. Thanks for minimizing veterans rights and making my seniority and experience practically meanigless. Thanks for taking away my union's right to conduct meaningful negotiations regarding changes in working conditions. I have so much to thank you for I could just go on and on. But I think I would have more fun sticking a needle in my eye than thinking about all the good things my country is doing for me after all my long and hard years of dedicated service. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Maybe I'll just go shoot myself.
