How can the proposed newly created personnel system be allowed to proceed when it is currently in a lawsuit status? It seems that any and all measures are being taken to ensure this becomes "law" when in fact there are so many issues with the legality of the verbage within the new system. I call it erosion of benefits and a weakening of the workforce;personally i find this to be the intent of this Administration. Many of us see right thru the nice packaging and the massaging of the message in order to get us to buy into this. Congress needs to take a stance against this initiative as well as the a strong opposition to the privitization of Social Security. Congress needs to start listening to the people who voted them into office, instead of the money that walks thru their door from people within the insiders circle in Washington. This country is too great to be ruined by such short-sighted, underhanded actions. Congress and others need to remember where the real money in this economy is coming from and why this country has the wealth that it enjoys, eroding that base would not be in the best interest of our nation.
