I feel this document "NSPS" is a direct insult to every minority that has a job with the federal government. The federal government is "suppose" to be a roll model for the world. If this document is implemented the good old boy system will get rid of every minority within the government. This document is a slap in the face to equal rights and affirmative action. With this document in place, the "good old boy system" won't have to worry about "Affirmative Action". This document will set this government back 200 years. This document doesn't represent or display any fairness or equality. This document shows complete lack of values and morals. I know the government is in the business to make money - but this document states that the government is in the business to say we don't care about your committment, trust, integrity, values, morals and etc. It is totally bias and the perfect answer to get rid of any minority; leaving them to go to the office of EEOC. It makes me feel pretty bad to think that my tax dollars were spent on this worthless information. This is nothing that I wanted my tax dollars endorsing. I've spent 32 years working for the government and this is a sad way for the government to turn. If this is what we are teaching our younger generation - I am embrassed and appauled. I am very upset that it has been decided that this is the way to have the federal government run. I will definately not vote for or support any Congress person who supports this document. I was going to comment on each and every word. I feel that if I did this my document of comments would exceed the size of the printed copy of the NSPS. I feel that instead of call the document NSPS you should have named it "NSCR" (Never Support Civil Rights). This is the document that wipes out civil rights, human rights, constitutional rights and etc. This document will upset every minoritiy that works for the federal government. Apparently it doesn't matter to the individual who wrote it. When something that is so devistating like this happens to so many minorities - no good can become of it. I pray that GOD will not let this country step back 200 years.
