Comments:
In the proposed NSPS federal law it states that the supervisor has the right to take into consideration the attitude and behavior of the employee when it comes to work performance. How can on measure behavior? What does the behavior of the employee have to do with their work performance. This new system will create a hostile work environment rather than a safe environment. Maybe this is something to be considered since so much emphasis is being placed on or blamed on national security.
