It seems to me that this is just another attempt to undermine the good work that Unions have done for the Feds, and now they want to change it all. I'm getting ready to retire and they could reduce me to a lower pay grade because I'm getting older and can't work as fast as a younger person. Time in grade won't mean a thing. My pride in being a goverment worker is going down the drain real fast. I guess I know how I'll be voting next election. NONE OF THE ABOVE!
