It should be illegal and is highly unethical to arbitrarily impose new rules for a game that began 28 years ago. Pay for performance is a great idea if it were truly that. However, Tinker has it's share of favoritism, politics, and the good ol' boy system. NSPS will give unlimited access to abuse of Pay for Performance. Also, NSPS RIF guidelines fall under the same unethical umbrella. It appears that time in service, dependability, senority, and especially experience mean nothing to the current administration and NSPS fans. With all due respect, requiring mandatory attendance for civilians to hear over and over the accolades of NSPS will not change my opinion of this travesty. A trojan horse is a trojan horse no matter who says it isn't.
