I am totally against the NSPS as it will be taking away the rights of workers to negotiate on issues such as overtime, work assignments and many others. It is awful to think that what is appearing on the horizon is that workers will be paid using a "pay for performance system" , a system which will totally give tremendous power to supervisors and kill the morale of workers and will bring about horrible working conditions. It appears as if workers are being inhumanely placed on trial for simply working for the government. I totally oppose NSPS and hope it is not implemented for DoD employees or for any other employee of the government.
