Comments:
I feel that this is a bad idea. The work place is already stressful enough without the added tension. People already have to face favoritism and other discriminations. There is comfort in knowing that each person will have equal pay/bonuses dependent upon pay grade and time in service. The federal system was set up this way for a reason. There are no proposals to change the way the military service members are paid and evaluated because to do this would only bring about chaos. I deeply oppose many parts of this new proposed regulation.
