Just a comment: Written documentation of NSPS states that it takes us BACK to the old way of doing business which was changed because it was not working. Therefore, why are we going back to something that did not work before now. I can not put my finger directly on it but, something is drastically wrong with this new system and the manner in which it is being implemented. When things are above board and ethical people have trust in the change(s) and do everything in their power to get on board. This change is not for the employees it will only benefit top management. This change does not make security more effective or efficient. The story "The Empeor With No Clothes" has more creditability.
