Comments:
Asking us to comment on the new NSPS is like asking the people on the Titanic to comment on the idea of cutting up the lifeboats for firewood as the ship is sinking. Changing the rules in midstream amounts to a bait and switch. It is sad to see what is happening to a once proud organization.
