Comments:
I am currently assigned as as wage grade employee and am highly concerned about the fairness this new system. I feel the new system would allow mangement too much flexibility for unfairness and favoritism. I am also concerned about losing part of my rights of union representation.The part of the new system concerning pay banding is very vague. There may be a need for some revisions in the current system, but i do not feel a complete overhaul of the system is necessary.
