Comments:
I have been a DOD employee for many years and had intended to continue until retirement. I have faithfully served the government of this fine country and its armed forces. However, under the proposed NSPS system, I have great fear of being terminated if I should be unlucky enough to end up with a supervisor who doesn't like me. Doesn't matter how good of an employee I am, or how hard I work. If I end up with a hostile supervisor, I could end up on the unemployment line. How is this an improvement over the current personnel system???
