Subpart – D ( 9901.401) General Comment – This subpart needs to address situations where a Military officer is the supervisor/manager. I have been a DOD civilian employee for 21 years and have always been supervised by a Military officer. This has caused some problems in the past. Wordage in this subpart directing the Military officer in this duty is needed and important.
