Dear Sirs, I feel this system will only enable management to have complete control over an employee. This will only lead to absolute corruption of a system that is already impregnated with " the good old boy " syndrome. Just imagine how a boss, who already has issues with certain personnel based on invalid perceptions, can use this system to exact what ever disiplinary action he or she see's fit up to and including removal. It is true it will also allow the supervisor to " reward " employees that he or she see's fit too. This also has the ability to be corrupted as the ones who always seem to get rewarded are the ones who creates the least waves. If you voice your opinion on improper procedures, your " labled " a trouble maker and your career is finished! Now if you don't " play ball " you'll be fired with little recourse. This system will NOT fix the Civil Service System. It will only hurt our social structure all under the guise of national security. I vote NO to NSPS and fully expect reprisal when it is implamented! God help us all!
