Comments:
We do have the right as human beings to happiness and to be treated fairly. Being an American means that we have the right to PURSUE our FREEDOM of rights given to us through the Bill of Rights. ! Sounds like this is a way to weed out the old folks/handicap, etc whom have work hard for the government and been the back bone to carry us to where we are today. How can this statement be made " A labor relations system that recognizes our national security mission and the need to act swiftly to execute that mission, while preserving collective bargaining rights of employees " How can it be said that the NSPS system will preserving bargaining rights of employees , when we are losing our rights?
