Training: Would it be possible to have a Team Member discuss with us the majority of pros and cons to the change before it is implemented? Extend comment time. I do not fully understand the procedures of deployment under the new system? As it stands now we volunteer for deployments or temperary assignments. Does the new system automatically pick us to go where folks are needed or do we have a say? Thank you for your time.
