I would like to express my concerns about the new NSPS system. I am a veteran and do not wish to have my employment rights taken away or diminished. Please re-consider this system. From my understanding, Civil Service was established to create jobs for veterans. I know that the current system might need some minor adjusting, but by taking away the employees' rights is just not fair. I do not like the idea of all the power being in a single supervisor's hand. This would mean that a supervisor can in reality control their employees' pay. Please reconsider this new NSPS system. Thank You.
