I am UTTERLY, UTTERLY HORRIFIED by this TRAVESTY of a system you people are proposing. HOW DARE YOU impose such a system on us. We serve this country faithfully as civil servants, and now you are trying to take away everything that has protected us from abusive managers, unfair dismissal and general unfairness. Hopefully Congress kills this nightmare before it gets implemented!!!!!!
