Ref Proposed Regulation: Subpart C, 9901.301 - 9901.3733 - Pay & Pay Administration - I oppose these changes. There should be much more discussion and input from affected personnel before major changes such as these are implemented. There are still too many questions regarding future pay changes and too many uncertainties regarding the basis for decisions on pay changes.
