Although this new system might seem like a good idea to the people who set it up, it's going to be a NIGHTMARE for the current DOD workforce. All the rules we've been used to up to this point will just get trashed and we'll have no protections at all. Why anyone thinks NSPS will be an improvement is a mystery to me. I hope it disappears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
