Will somebody in Congress please come to their senses and kill the proposed NSPS before it can come into existence? Does nobody care about the federal employees who are going to have their working lives ruined by this atrocious system?? Hopefully at least the senators and congressmen where big military bases and DOD agencies are located will have the good sense to VOTE IT DOWN!!!!
