Comments:
The proposed rules will encourage supervisors to eliminate any raises for employees near retirement. My retirement is based on the average of my three final years of employment. If I get no salary increases during those final three years, they will impact my retirement. It will have nothing to do with my performance, it will occur only because of my age. This is wrong.
