This is the last day for comments on NSPS. What I find so difficult is that all of the comments are being made on a bare bones proposal. What I need is to see some flesh on the outline so I can make better use of the comment cycle. As it is they are not right on top of things since their web site (NSPS) was last updated on 9 March and the comments are only posted up to 5 March. Not a lot of concern there in my mind.
