Comments:
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT bring this new system into existence. Morale in DOD offices will go into the toilet. If everyone's thrown into this new system against their will, it decimate the DOD civilian workforce. People will hate coming to work so much that they will QUIT! I am terrified of the new system.
