5 CFR Chapter XCIX and Part 9901 p. 7580 Retain pay What will happen to those who have retain pay but their pay is above the pay band limit of their grade when they are converted to pay bands? Will they be allowed to retain their pay if it is above the pay band limit or will there be a waiver? This is critical to retirement planning.
