I find it interesting that the unions have made such a loud statement about the implamentation of the NSPS system and that the DOD has made no attempt to send out information to its employees to settle nerves . Does this action tell us how the new system will start ( "Your concernes are not ours") or is it the DOD will do what ever it wants ? Either way it raises some serious concernes about the future of civil service employies.
